Dear Friends,
I'm hoping all of you have a very merry holiday with lots of fun and lots of fondness, and that 2007 is your very best year ever. Thank you all for enriching my life and for all of your encouragement throughout the year.

World Fantasy Convention: The first week of November was a very memorable week for me. Just being invited to exhibit in their art show was a thrill. The experience was unforgetable. Surrounded by artists and authors I've admired for years, every day was an adventure. I came away with new friends and reunited with some old ones as well. Though my display of polymer clay sculpts seemed like a small island surrounded by an ocean of fine art, I was surprised that it did attract some attention and was happy to represent (unofficially, of course) artists who have been striving for years to promote PC as a serious medium in the world of fine arts. You can see the pieces I prepared for the show on my special WFC gallery page. I hope you enjoy seeing them.

Sculpts in Progress: There were three more I had begun for the WFC show that I couldn't finish in time, and one other still in the planning stage. For those of you who enjoy my gallery pages, I think you'll like these. So, look for DragonLord, On the Rocks and Flower Child to appear soon, and a new "yet to be named" piece appearing in about two months time.

Elvenwork Tips Forum: Since I began my tips forum a few months ago it's been exciting to watch it grow and to meet so many new sculptors, all sharing experiences and helping each other with every technique imaginable. Some of you come to it regularly, but if you're an aspiring sculptor or one who has been "pushing clay" for quite awhile, please join in too. You won't regret it. We learn from each other. The forum is provided free of charge and requires nothing from you except to join in the fun. If you're interested, just click my "Artist Tips" button at the top of any page, then click the forum link in the page index, or go directly to it from here: Elvenwork Tips ForumElvenwork Tips ForumElvenwork Tips Forum I hope to see you there.

Happy Holidays everyone!
