Elvenwork Privacy Pledge and Refund Policy
- Privacy Pledge: I firmly believe in protecting private information from abuse on the Web. If you place an order through my Elvenwork OrderForm you can be assured the information requested is the bare minimum required to send your order to you and to confirm deliveries and payments. I do not share postal addresses, telephone numbers (if provided), or email addresses with anyone, nor do I retain them after the transaction is complete. I do not solicit financial or credit card information except through PayPal.com's secure Web site and am not provided the financial information PayPal collects for payment even if a credit card was the method of payment. Information I request is deleted from my Web server after deliveries/payments are confirmed and I keep no records of account information from personal check payments. Elvenwork OrderForm reports by email only to me and to the customer -- no one else.
- Return/Replace/Refund Policy: I now request payment in advance, whether you elect to pay by check/moneyorder or PayPal. If something should go wrong with a delivery or you don't like what you received from me, these are my return/refund policies:
- Failed/Damaged Delivery: If your order fails to be delivered or is severely damaged upon receipt, email me with the details and I will send replacements cost free or refund your payment if you prefer. I attach a postal delivery confirmation code to packages, so please make sure yours wasn't misplaced before writing.
- Dissatisfied: If you receive a delivery from me but are dissatisfied with any materials, just send those you don't want back to me in the same manner I mailed them to you. I will refund the cost of the returned items upon receiving them back.
